The name Loftlines honours Belfast’s shipbuilding heritage, taking inspiration from the skilled “lofters” who drew ships at full scale before construction began — a precise process known as lofting or “fairing the lines”.

We are thrilled to be at the heart of the regeneration of Titanic Quarter which will bring new homes, new businesses and green spaces. In addition to Loftlines, several other developments are underway on the waterfront.
